Family Expectations

All parents who have children in Epiphany Catholic School are expected to:

  1. Choose a 10 or 11 month tuition plan to be paid through FACTS Tuition Management Co. (8th Grade parents must be on a 10 month tuition plan)
  2. Contribute 30 hours of service to the school or pay $20.00 for each uncompleted hour
  3. Contribute 10 hours of service to the Parish Fiesta or pay $50.00 for each uncompleted hour / Fiesta raffle tickets (to be determined)
  4. A fundraising requirement of $600.00 must be fulfilled in 6 ways:
    • Sell $100.00 in raffle tickets for the 50th Anniversary Gala or get $100.00 corporate sponsor
    • Participate in a school sponsored event at a cost of $125.00
    • Sell $100.00 in Blue and Gold raffle tickets
    • Purchase $50.00 in BINGO Bucks
    • Sell a total of $100.00 in raffle tickets for Harvest Festival, Mother Daughter Tea, or Casino Night
    • Sell $225.00 in merchandise from either cookie dough, chocolate, or catalogs
  5. Must attend scheduled Family Masses
  6. Must pay the Technology / Book fee at the time of registration
  7. Must attend 3 Mandatory Parent meetings per year
  8. Must attend the Registration Day to be held in August in order to receive a clearance for the first day of school
  9. Must participate in Class Assigned BINGO by:
    • Working a shift
    • Contributing a donation for the snack bar
